Been a little busy and lazy recently that is why I haven’t been updating this blog for a long time. So the obsession of Kim Hyun Joong in “Boys Before Flower” continues, I love him even more after seeing him in “We Got Married”. Should write up a post about it later on.
Anyways, continue of the short reviews and summaries of the following episodes with a lot of Ji-hoo’s screen caps.
Episode 16
Reading spoilers from Soompi saying that this episode was weird but it doesn’t seem that way to me, it’s completely fine with the story. So this episode mostly talks about how Jae-kyung trying to be good friends with Jan-di. I think if it wasn’t Jun-pyo then they both definitely be good friends, since Jae-kyung doesn’t really have any true friends. Less scenes of Ji-ho0 in this episode and more of Jan-di and Jun-pyo, Woo-bin and Yi-jung trying to get the two (Jan-di & Jun-pyo) together so Yi-jung and Ga-eul had a fake date. As it suppose to do good for Jun-pyo and Jan-di but it made their relationship worser when Jun-pyo’s mother discover them in the hotel together. On the other hand Ji-hoo has finally met his father after a long separation.
Episode 17
Starting the episode with Jan-di cleaning and suddenly met Ji-hoo so Ji-hoo decided to help her out, I really love this scene and it’s so sweet. Because of working too much Jan-di fainted and Ji-hoo just took her to his house, the scene of Ji-hoo kissing Jan-di’s hand was seen by Jun-pyo. Jealousy was rising and he remembered the words that Ji-hoo once said to him at the airport. More of Jun-pyo and Jae-kyung in this episode, the date between them was cute and on the other side Jan-di was upset because of the kiss scene she saw but luckily Ji-hoo was there to save the fire. The two couples finally meet in an restrurant and Jae-kyung decided to have a double date. I’m skipping Yi-jung’s part because I thought it was boring. Continue with the double date, they had fun making dinner together which seem there is not akwardness anymore. Once again Jun-pyo’s jealousy rises once he see Ji-hoo treating Jan-di so nicely as he even cuts up her food for her, and Jun-pyo made a expression which just says “That suppose to be my job”. Before this episode ends, Jan-di fell in the water and was drowning and was saved by Jun-pyo. I guess it’s sweet that Jun-pyo learned swimming just because of Jan-di but sorry this doesn’t make me like him more than Ji-hoo.
Episode 18
Jan-di’s heart has broken again seeing Jae-kyung hugging “her” Jun-pyo from behind. Usually during these kind of situation someone must come to comfort her and the only guy which can be is Ji-hoo. So Jan-di trying really hard to hold her tears in and Ji-hoo comforts her by holding her hands, which is one of my favorite scene in this episode. Their relationship is like more than friends but not lovers. At this time Jae-kyung finally found out about Jan-di’s and Jun-pyo’s relationship but she pretends to not know about it. Jun-pyo left without telling anyone, suddenly it jumps to Woo-bin’s and Yi-jung’s friendship which is so sudden and Yi-jung continues to hurt himself because of that girl who left him. Back to my main focus, Jun-pyo left so does Jae-kyung left. So it’s left with Jan-di and Ji-hoo again, they meet a monk in the temple who looks at them weirdly but that monk mention that Jan-di will be the one who fixes Ji-hoo’s and his grandfather’s relationship. After the double date Jan-di’s family was all packed to go to the country side as they cannot make any money in Seoul. Troubles come to Jan-di again, now she’s left with his little brother and having trouble to find a nice and cheap place to live. Jan-di finally found a cheap place to live because of the nice grandma she took care of. It was weird how Jun-pyo decided to rent the house next door as he’s been awkward with Jan-di in these episodes. Since Jan-di was into arts, Ji-hoo took her to the art gallery and they had a nice date there obversing the beautiful art.
